Q. How can I track the status of my order and order history?

Ans. You should Sign in to review details of all your orders. Click "My account" and then go in for "Account History".

Q. Where do I find the details about the items?

Ans. Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. You can also search the details by putting the name of products in the search option window. This page lists all the details about the item.

Q. How do I purchase an item in from the web site?

Ans.
To purchase an item, you must first add it to your Shopping Cart. Select the Product you would like to buy and click "Add to your Shopping Cart" button. After you have successfully added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can click the "View your Shopping Cart" button and then proceed to checkout.

Q. How do I complete my order?

Ans. After you have added an item to your Shopping Cart you will immediately be able to view your items. If you want to add more items, click "continue" button or otherwise click on "checkout" button. Here are the steps you'll go through in the checkout process:

If you are already a registered customer, provide your registration information, click checkout. If you do not have an account with the Myglobalmart create an account here by filling in the form. Click SUBMIT.

You will view a page with delivery details and shipping address. If you want to make delivery other than the billing address, then change the address or click CONTINUE. You will view a page with payment options.  Select the payment method and then click continue.

You are at the final stage for submitting your order. You will have a page showing the order summary click CONFIRM ORDER.

Order Confirmation:
Your order has been successfully submitted and you can review the Order Invoice. You will receive your Order Confirmation E-mail within a few hours. You will receive a second e-mail confirming the order along with the shipping charges and other taxes if any and a request from paypal to make the payment if the payment option selected by you is Pay pal.

If you still concerned about ordering electronically, you can place your order by calling our order helpline on +91-181-5083280 from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm Indian time, Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays or through e-mail orders@myglobalmart.com

Q. How do I know my order has been received correctly?

Ans.
After you click the Confirm Order button, you will receive a Confirmation page thanking you for placing order. An e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you have given to us to confirm all your order details, including products ordered and total cost.

Q. Where is my delivery?

Ans. We try to deliver all goods within 2-4 weeks of the order being placed and receipt of payment in our account. Any enquiry regarding your order, please call Customer Services on +91-181-5083280, or e-mail us on orders@myglobalmart.com or customerservice@myglobalmart.com

Q. How do I solve a problem with my order? (Place orders, change, return or cancel it, wrong item, missing item etc.)

Ans. If you have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail at orders@myglobalmart.com or may also call our Customer Service Department at +91-181-5083280. You will need to provide us with all pertinent information (name, address, phone number, order number, etc.). Not providing all of the pertinent information will increase the time it takes to find a solution and receive a reply. Representatives are available from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (Indian Time)

Q. How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

Ans. After submitting your order, you will get an e-mail from us showing the summary of the order along with the shipping charges and taxes if any.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

Ans. We accept the following:
•  Pay pal
*Credit Cards (Visa ,MasterCards, Discover and American Express Cards ).
• Bankers Draft/Cheques.

If you want to pay by Bankers Draft/Cheque, you should also mail the Order Form along with the Cheque (made payable to Global Mart) to Global Mart at:

Q. How do I change my e-mail address?

Ans. Simply follow the steps given below to update your e-mail address.
• You must be signed in to your account.
• Click on "Your Account, then click on Edit Account Info" at the right side of the page.
• Update your e-mail address in the appropriate column.
• Click on "Continue".

Q. When to expect your refund or credit?

Ans. Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered through credit card, we will credit the amount to your account (you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you paid by cheque, we will mail you a refund cheque.

Q. How do we trace the missing deliveries?

Ans. Please wait 15 working days before contacting our Customer Services telephone line on +91-181-5083280, or e-mailing us on orders@myglobalmart.com Please have your order number, contained in the e-mail confirming your order, to hand before calling. The Customer Services line is open 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (Indian Time) Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.We will give you all the information on the status of the delivery.

Q. Is there a special procedure for International Order?

Ans. No there is no special procedure. However the custom clearing process may delay the delivery by a few days. All custom clearing charges will be borne by the customer only.

. What items cannot be shipped internationally?

Ans. All items shown in the web site can be shipped to all the countries including India. There is no restriction of International Orders.

Q. What is your return policy ?

Ans: We will gladly return or replace any defective products within 07 days of delivery. Please notify us immediately if you are not satisfied with your products so we can arrange for replacement or refund. If the product is damaged in transit, please notify the carrier and inform us immediately.
